The initial board is meeting to formally stand up NOSQC as an Ohio nonprofit.
Agenda
- Welcome and introductions (5 minutes)
- Walk through the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws (15 minutes)
- Discuss any proposed changes (5 minutes)
- Vote to adopt both documents and confirm the initial board (5 minutes)
- Elect officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (10 minutes)
- Next steps (5 minutes)
The Articles of Incorporation will be filed with the Ohio Secretary of State to create the nonprofit. The Bylaws are NOSQC’s internal governance rulebook. We will share the results of the meeting on this site and in the NOSQC Weekly newsletter.
